We are building our new home and went to Barrett Floors to pick out the flooring for the entire house. Michael was the rep that assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us with our choices. Michael was also helpful in color coordinating the flooring so it flows from one room to another.

We purchased a 2nd home in Prescott 3 years ago and had Barrett Floors install our carpet, tile and granite kitchen countertop. They did an outstanding job! Since we are only here on the weekends, the work had to be done when we weren’t home. Christopher was patient with us and even texted us pictures during the install when he had a question on the tile around the fireplace. We were so happy with his work we have referred him to several of our friends. Recently, we had Barrett Floors install almost 700 sq ft of engineered hardwood throughout our house along with up our stairs. I have never seen such perfection on a wood floor installation before. I am not exaggerating when I say every cut is perfect and the attention to detail is amazing! He said that he was sending out his top installer, Gary because he knew we were very particular. He sure did! Too notch all the way! We are so happy beyond our expectations on how beautiful the floors look and it was a pleasure to work with Christopher and his crew at Barrett Floors again. I definitely would recommend them to a friend in the future as we have done in the past not only for their outstanding work but also for their very reasonable pricing.

The owner, Christopher, is honest & trustworthy. When there was an issue with the work a sub-contractor performed on my shower his team came through. Tom quickly/professionally analyzed the situation and Christopher decided that only a major fix would completely solve the problem. His main tile-man, Greg, came in and diligently demo'd and reconstructed the floor and surround. All three individuals deserve kudo's for character and integrity. Barrett Floors is a company I highly recommend as they did the right thing at substantial inconvenience. Thank you.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Christopher Barrett was extremely helpful in assisting us with the design of our kitchen and bathroom remodel project. Excellent showroom with large variety of samples of all materials to help customer in selecting options for projects. We did not have a contractor and did not need one. Barrett Flooring handled most of the subcontracting and all subcontractors were friendly, professional and excellent in their particular crafts. Highly recommend and will be using them again for the next phase of our remodel addressing master bathroom and master closet.

Great sales and support staff. Especially the field supervisor; he was there from the start of the project to the end, answering all questions and concerns and managing the subcontractors along the way. Dust and damage mitigation was one of our primary concerns and it was all handled professionally to our satisfaction.
